To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a charge of 20% of the scheduled service price. • No-shows will also be charged 20% of the scheduled service price and may be required to pay a deposit for future appointments. This policy allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain a smooth scheduling process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation! All services and packages purchased at Bombshell Beauty are non-refundable. • No cash or card refunds will be issued for services rendered or prepaid packages. • Unused package sessions are non-refundable, including in the event of pregnancy, medical changes, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances. • If a client becomes ineligible to continue a treatment (including pregnancy), remaining package sessions may be transferred to another individual or converted into account credit for other eligible services. • Account credit does not expire and may be applied toward future services at Bombshell Beauty. • Packages cannot be exchanged for cash or partial refunds.
